Russians kill man with FPV drone in Kupiansk district in Kharkiv Oblast

One person has been killed and one injured in Russian strikes on the city of Kupiansk and the Kupiansk district in Kharkiv Oblast.

Details: At around 15:00 on 28 January, a 47-year-old local resident was killed in an FPV drone attack on the village of Khatnie in the Velykyi Burluk hromada. [A hromada is an administrative unit designating a village, several villages, or a town, and their adjacent territories – ed.]

In addition, at around 18:30 on 27 January, the Russians conducted an airstrike on Kupiansk. A 79-year-old woman was injured in the attack.

The prosecutor's office added that pre-trial investigations had been launched into these incidents of war crimes.
