Putin's envoy begins talks with US delegation in Miami

Kirill Dmitriev, Kremlin leader Vladimir Putin's special envoy, who arrived in Miami on 31 January, has begun talks with a US delegation.

On Saturday morning, Dmitriev said he had arrived in Miami.
"Back in Miami," he wrote on social media.
