Russia attacks cause power outages in four Ukrainian regions

Power outages have occurred in four regions of Ukraine due to Russian attacks on the night of 1-2 February.

Details: In particular, outages were recorded in Kharkiv, Sumy, Dnipropetrovsk and Cherkasy oblasts.
"Repair work is ongoing at energy facilities damaged as a result of enemy attacks," the message said.
In addition, Russian drones hit a service bus belonging to one of the energy companies near the Ternivska mine in the Pavlohrad district of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast. A total of 12 mine workers were killed and another 16 were injured in the Russian attack.
There is still a power shortage in the city of Kyiv and Kyiv Oblast.
Also, more than 160 settlements in Odesa, Mykolaiv and Kirovohrad oblasts remain without electricity due to severe weather conditions.
Reminder: In some Ukrainian regions, emergency power outage schedules were introduced on the morning of 2 February. This is linked to the aftermath of Russian strikes on the energy sector.
