Quote: "In January, total enemy losses killed and seriously wounded amounted to more than 31,700 personnel, which exceeded the number of personnel replenished.

This is the result of combat operations that have significantly reduced the enemy's offensive capabilities. And this is a result of the work done in our training centres.

Therefore we are working on continuing to improve the quality of training. I heard reports from heads of training centres on the implementation of a programme for the adaptation of recruits at training ranges, the organisation of air cover for training locations, and the construction and equipping of shelters.

In addition, we must raise the bar and achieve better results regarding the level of instructors and their attitude to their work, as well as the equipping of training centres and grounds, safety and social and living conditions.

I have therefore set the task of strengthening the oversight of the condition of training centres and the quality of training both in training centres and in brigades".

Details: The general noted that, as part of these oversight measures, the audit of the quality of basic combined-arms training conducted regularly in training units and combat brigades since autumn 2025 should be continued.
