Law enforcement authorities are treating an explosion that took place at the Amur-Nyzhnodniprovskyi police station in the city of Dnipro on 23 February as a possible terrorist attack.

Background:
- An improvised explosive device went off at the Amur-Nyzhnodniprovskyi police station at about 20:50 on 23 February.
- No one was injured. However, the blast wave damaged the building, shattered windows and damaged a car parked nearby.
- The explosive device had been planted inside the building.
