Russians attack Kherson Oblast with drones: seven injured

Seven residents of the city of Kherson and Kherson Oblast have been injured in Russian drone attacks on the morning of 3 March.

Details: At around 08:00, Russian forces used a UAV to strike Kherson's Dniprovskyi district, injuring a 64-year-old woman and a 59-year-old man. Both sustained blast injuries and acute stress reactions. They remain under medical supervision.

In the same district at approximately 09:15, Russian forces launched another drone attack targeting two women aged 74 and 67. They suffered blast injuries and shrapnel wounds to their limbs. Both were taken to hospital in a moderate condition.

At around 08:00, Russian troops also struck a vehicle with a drone in the village of Darivka near Kherson. A 66-year-old woman sustained concussion, blast injuries and a closed head injury. She was treated at the scene by medics.

Update: Later, the oblast military administration added that at around 09:50, Russian forces struck a vehicle with a drone in the Dniprovskyi district. A 47-year-old man who was standing near the vehicle sustained a shrapnel wound to his leg, concussion, blast injuries and a brain injury. He was taken to hospital in a moderate condition.

The city administration later also reported that a man, 57, was injured as a result of explosives being dropped from a Russian drone in the centre of Kherson at around 09:30. He was found to have shrapnel wounds to the abdomen and blast trauma. Police officers took him to hospital.
