Zelenskyy believes US strike on Iran will not affect talks with Russia, they will take place on 5–6 March

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has said he hopes the US strike on Iran will not affect the trilateral negotiations with Russia and that the next round could take place on 5 or 6 March.

Quote: "No one has postponed the next trilateral meeting with the Americans, even after the attack on Iran, so I believe it may take place on 5 or 6 March as planned. Perhaps not in Abu Dhabi."

Details: The president added that he would prefer the meeting to be held again in Geneva or in any other European city, since "the war is taking place on our continent".

"If Russia wants a neutral venue, then Austria, Vatican City or Türkiye would be suitable," Zelenskyy said, adding that Ukraine hopes for new prisoner exchanges.
