Two civilian commercial vessels sailing under the flags of Palau and Barbados have been damaged and two people have been injured in a Russian drone attack on the night of 19-20 March.

Details: Kuleba said the vessels had been moored at quays and were laden with grain at the time of the strike. Despite the attack, both ships remain afloat.

"Office buildings were also damaged. A fire broke out at the scene, which was quickly contained by firefighters. Work to deal with the aftermath is ongoing," he added.
