Details: Shot reported that local residents had heard explosions after 01:00 in the Vyborg, Kirovsk and Kolpino districts in Leningrad Oblast.

Shot also said that, according to early reports, around 20 aerial targets had been downed.

In addition, Pulkovo airport in St Petersburg temporarily suspended both arrivals and departures.

"There has been no official information on the consequences of the attacks so far," Shot added.

Meanwhile, other Telegram channels posted videos of the attack on Leningrad Oblast.

The Exilenova+ channel reported explosions near the ports of Primorsk and Ust-Luga, which are among the largest in the region and account for a significant share of Russia's petroleum product exports.

Update: According to Russian media outlets, as of 04:00 (Kyiv time), the number of delayed and cancelled flights at Pulkovo Airport had exceeded 60.

Russia's Federal Air Transport Agency (Rosaviatsiya) announced after 05:00 that restrictions on departures and arrivals at Pulkovo had been lifted.

Drozdenko also claimed that Russian air defence systems had intercepted 36 drones over Leningrad Oblast on the night of 26-27 March.
