According to the company, the project is now entering the approval phase. Before the joint venture is formally registered, the parties must obtain support from the president and relevant institutions.

The company clarified to Oboronka that, prior to establishing the joint venture, they are operating fully with all approvals and endorsements from the Ukrainian president and government, meaning the entire process has been coordinated at the highest level.

Wilcox Industries founder and CEO James Teetzel said the company is proud to partner with General Cherry and expects that combining their resources will benefit the United States.
