The Kremlin has said Russian ruler Vladimir Putin has not yet made any decisions regarding an Easter truce with Ukraine.

Details: Orthodox Easter will be observed on Sunday 12 April.
Background:
- In 2025, Putin announced a three-day Easter truce that supposedly envisaged a halt to all hostilities in Ukraine from the evening of 19 April until midnight on 21 April.
- However, Russia carried out a drone attack on Ukraine on 19 April.
