Russia strikes energy and port infrastructure in Odesa Oblast, power disruptions reported

Russian forces conducted a drone attack on energy and port infrastructure facilities in Odesa Oblast on the night of 9-10 April, causing disruptions to the electricity supply.

Quote from Kiper: "Odesa Oblast once again came under a large-scale enemy drone attack overnight, targeting energy and port infrastructure facilities. The damage has caused disruptions to the electricity supply. Empty storage tanks and port equipment have also been damaged."

Details: Kiper said the fires caused by the attack had been contained. Emergency services continue to work at the affected scenes.

Lysak reported that an infrastructure facility in the city of Odesa had also been damaged.

No casualties have been recorded.
