Russia hits Odesa Oblast for second time damaging Liberian-flagged vessel

Russian forces attacked a port in Odesa Oblast for the second time on 14 April. They struck a civilian vessel flying the Liberian flag.

Quote: "The enemy is deliberately continuing its attacks on civilian shipping. This morning, following a second strike on the port infrastructure in Odesa Oblast, a civilian vessel flying the Liberian flag was hit."

Details: Kiper reported that the vessel's superstructure was hit without causing a fire. The dry cargo ship was entering the port to be loaded with maize.

Early information indicates there were no casualties.

Background: On the night of 13-14 April, a civilian vessel flying the Panamanian flag and port infrastructure in the city of Izmail were damaged as a result of a Russian strike.
