Details: At 22:08 on 13 April, a report was received via the 102 emergency line about an explosion near a house. A man was injured by the blast wave.
Police officers, first responders from the State Emergency Service, medics, bomb disposal experts and officers from the Security Service of Ukraine promptly arrived at the scene.
The law enforcement officers followed standard procedures for terrorist threats: they cordoned off the area and warned residents about the risk of a second explosion.
The man injured in the attack was given medical assistance on site and refused hospitalisation.

Law enforcement officers established that two suspects were involved: a 23-year-old resident of Brovary and a 17-year-old from Chernivtsi Oblast. Both have been detained.
Quote from the police: "The perpetrators acted on instructions from Russian secret services in exchange for a promised financial reward. One of them planted the explosive device, while the other installed a mobile phone used for surveillance.
During searches, phones, SIM cards, explosive components and electric detonators were seized.
A pre-trial investigation has been launched under Article 258.2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (terrorist attack)."
