Details: Zelenskyy was asked when Ukraine might receive the first tranche of the EU's €90 billion loan once the decision is finally unblocked, which is expected to happen in the coming hours.
"We will bring forward the first tranche as soon as possible… so that we receive the funds by the end of May or the beginning of June," Zelenskyy said.
He recalled that these funds are crucial for financing Ukraine's army, defence production and the social sector.
"We believe everything will be unblocked. Ukraine has done everything it promised, within the timeframes it committed to," Zelenskyy added.
Similar timeframes were also mentioned by European Commissioner for the Economy Valdis Dombrovskis.
