Russian forces attacked the city of Dnipro on the night of 25-26 April, causing a fire at an infrastructure facility.

Background:

  • On the night of 24-25 April, Russian forces carried out a large-scale missile and drone attack on Dnipro, killing four people and injuring 21, including a child.
  • Russian forces launched a second attack on Dnipro during the day on 25 April, killing one person. The death toll due to both strikes has risen to five and 46 people were injured, including five children.
  • Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy reported that two people are still missing following the deadly attacks on Dnipro.
