Quote from Sybiha: "Yes, we are interested in dialogue with our Hungarian partners. We believe that after the elections, both a window of opportunity and a chance to revitalise the full spectrum of bilateral relations have opened.

We are ready to move forward. We are interested in establishing direct dialogue as soon as possible. We welcome all efforts aimed at facilitating such dialogue and readiness for meetings. These meetings will, of course, be determined through diplomatic channels, at a time and place agreed by the parties."

Details: Asked whether any arrangements have already been made, Sybiha replied in the negative. "At present, there are none," the foreign minister said.
