Details: The fire has spread across forests under the Yeline and Tykhonovychi forest management offices within the Koriukivka forest management district.
The affected zone lies within a five-kilometre border strip where access has long been restricted due to security risks.
The blaze was detected by the company's surveillance cameras.
Forest protection units have deployed all available resources to contain the fire within the border-zone area, which they cannot currently access, and prevent it from reaching accessible zones.
Efforts are focused on creating additional firebreaks, with tractors operating under the cover of electronic warfare systems, as Russian forces target any equipment in the area.
On 6 May, Forests of Ukraine held a coordination meeting with the military, the State Emergency Service of Ukraine and the local authorities.
"It is crucial to prevent the fire from spreading to settlements in the frontline zone," Forests of Ukraine said, noting that although all new firefighting equipment has been mobilised, its full use is limited due to constant Russian drone activity overhead.
