Russian drone hits vehicle used by energy workers in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast

A Russian FPV drone has struck a vehicle carrying energy workers in a frontline city in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast as they were heading to carry out repair work.

Details: The vehicle sustained severe damage and can no longer be used for repair operations.
According to DTEK, this marks the 264th Russian attack on power grid facilities in the region. Despite ongoing danger, repair crews continue daily efforts to restore electricity in frontline areas.
Background: As of the morning of 7 May, some consumers in Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Sumy and Kharkiv oblasts remain temporarily without electricity due to attacks on energy infrastructure.
