Ukraine's General Staff reports nearly 150 Russian attacks during "truce"

A total of 147 combat clashes were recorded over 9 May, when the "truce" between Ukraine and Russia was in effect.

Details: On the North Slobozhanshchyna front and in the operational zone in Russia's Kursk Oblast, Russian forces carried out 30 attacks on Ukrainian positions and settlements over the past day, including one using a multiple-launch rocket system. Two Russian assaults were recorded.

On the South Slobozhanshchyna front, the Russians attacked Ukrainian positions nine times near Prylipka, Izbytske, Starytsia, Ternova, Petro-Ivanivka, Synelnykove and Novovasylivka.

On the Kupiansk front, Russian troops conducted one attack towards Kupiansk.

On the Lyman front, Russian forces attempted to break through the Ukrainian defence five times near Lyman, Zarichne, Yampil and Ozerne.

On the Sloviansk front, the Russians carried out two assaults near Riznykivka and towards Rai-Oleksandrivka.

On the Kramatorsk front, Russian forces attempted once to improve their positions in the direction of Tykhonivka.

On the Kostiantynivka front, Russian troops carried out 11 attacks near Illinivka, Pleshchiivka, Rusyn Yar and towards Kostiantynivka.

On the Pokrovsk front, Ukrainian defenders stopped 28 Russian assaults towards Bilytske, Nykanorivka, Dorozhnie, Novooleksandrivka, Rodynske, Vasylivka, Udachne, Molodetske, Novomykolaivka, Novopidhorodnie, Kotlyne, Hryshyne and Serhiivka.

On the Oleksandrivka front, Russian forces attacked five times towards Oleksandrohrad, Sichneve, Vorone and Sosnivka.

On the Huliaipole front, the Russians carried out 27 attacks near Novе Zaporizhzhia, Rybne, Tsvitkove, Zaliznychne, Sviatopetrivka, Charivne, Zlahoda and Olenokostiantynivka and towards Hirke, Huliaipilske, Verkhnia Tersa, Vozdvyzhivka and Staroukrainka.
