Russia's Defence Ministry has claimed that 586 Ukrainian drones have attacked Russian territory, about 130 of which were heading towards Moscow.

Details: Russian authorities initially reported 556 "downed" drones overnight and another 30 in the morning.
Air defence forces were reportedly responding in 14 Russian regions, as well as over occupied Crimea and the Black and Azov seas.
Meanwhile, Sobyanin reported that around 130 drones had been shot down over Moscow and nearby areas. He said 12 people had been injured in the attack in the capital itself. Sobyanin also claimed that building workers near the Moscow oil refinery were affected, although the plant's operations were not disrupted.
Background: Drones attacked Moscow and Moscow Oblast on the night of 16-17 May. Local residents reported numerous explosions.
