Details: The updated version of the UAV was presented by Vyriy Industries at the Wild Drones exhibition.
A drone fairing is an aerodynamic covering or body shape designed to reduce air resistance during flight.
The manufacturer said that the addition of the fairing increased the drone's estimated flight range by 30%.

According to Militarnyi, the upgraded version has already been used in combat conditions, and troops who have operated it do not want to return to the previous configuration.
The fairing is said not to have significantly increased the drone's cost. The basic version of the Blyskavka costs UAH 38,500 (about US$870).
The manufacturer also stated that production is being continuously expanded to meet demand. The company noted that the Blyskavka is used as a support tool for breaching enemy fortifications and that there are few alternatives on the market with a comparable payload.
In its standard configuration, the Blyskavka has a flight range of up to 80 km when using a relay system, a top speed of up to 140 km/h and an endurance of up to 60 minutes.
Background:
- Vyriy Industries has developed its own system for determining a drone's location without using GPS.
- Ukrainian servicemen have demonstrated the operation of the Blyskavka strike drone.
