Hungarian Foreign Ministry condemns Russian strikes on Kyiv as unacceptable

Hungarian Foreign Minister Anita Orbán has expressed solidarity with the Ukrainian people following a large-scale Russian attack on Sunday 24 May.

Details: Orbán described the Russian overnight attack on Kyiv as brutal and stressed that strikes against civilian targets are unacceptable.
Quote: "Russia's brutal overnight attack on Kyiv is another horrifying reminder of the human cost of this war. Civilians should never wake up to missiles, drones, explosions and fear for their lives. Homes destroyed, families shattered, innocent people killed and injured – this is unacceptable."
Details: Orbán said Budapest strongly condemns the Russian strikes and stands by the victims and the people of Ukraine.
