Two people killed, three injured and damage reported as Russian forces drop 5 bombs on Kramatorsk – photos

Russian occupation forces launched an attack on the city of Kramatorsk in Donetsk Oblast on the morning of Monday 25 May, using five guided aerial bombs, causing damage, killing two and injuring at least three people.

Quote: "Kramatorsk came under a large-scale airstrike this morning, leaving people injured. Russian forces dropped five bombs on the city. Multi-storey residential buildings and civilian infrastructure were hit."

Details: Early reports indicate that two women and one man were injured.

The attack also damaged 14 apartment buildings, an educational institution and official buildings.

"Relevant services and utility emergency repair teams are working at the strike sites," the statement added.
Update: Donetsk Oblast Prosecutor's Office later reported that two people have been killed and three others had been injured in the attack on Kramatorsk.
Quote: "On 25 May 2026, at 10:22, the occupiers attacked Kramatorsk and the settlement of Yasnohirka. The strike killed a 64-year-old man and a 38-year-old woman. Three other city residents were injured."
Details: People injured in the attack, aged 46, 54 and 56, were diagnosed with blast injuries, concussions and a bruised wound. They received the necessary medical assistance.
