The European External Action Service has summoned a Russian chargé d'affaires over Moscow's threats to foreign diplomats.

Details: Hipper said the Russian threats to foreign nationals and diplomats, accompanied by calls for them to leave Kyiv, constitute an unacceptable escalation of the war.

Details: Hipper also stressed that the EU Delegation remains in Kyiv despite the Russian threats.
