The European External Action Service has summoned a Russian chargé d'affaires over Moscow's threats to foreign diplomats.

Details: Hipper said the Russian threats to foreign nationals and diplomats, accompanied by calls for them to leave Kyiv, constitute an unacceptable escalation of the war.

Quote: "The European External Action Service summoned the Chargé d'Affairs, calling to stop hitting civilians and to engage in genuine peace talks starting with a full and unconditional ceasefire."

Details: Hipper also stressed that the EU Delegation remains in Kyiv despite the Russian threats.
