The funds will be used to finance priority state budget expenditures, including social and humanitarian needs.

This is the seventh disbursement under the programme. At this stage, Ukraine has fulfilled 11 indicators under the Ukraine Plan, covering reforms in public administration, economic policy, energy, digitalisation and the rule of law.

"In addition, Ukraine has fulfilled a number of conditions scheduled for future stages of financing ahead of time. For the first time, we will receive additional compensation for the early implementation of our reform commitments," Svyrydenko wrote on Telegram.

According to Svyrydenko, by the end of May 2026 Ukraine had completed 86 measures under the Ukraine Plan, while a further 65 are at various stages of implementation. The government continues to systematically introduce the necessary reforms to ensure economic resilience, support the country's recovery and advance its path towards EU membership.
