Russian attack on Chuhuiv kills three and injures six, Day of Mourning declared

Three people have been killed and six injured in Russian missile and drone strikes on the city of Chuhuiv. Today, 9 June, has been declared a day of mourning in the city.

Details: Syniehubov said Russian forces had struck Chuhuiv, killing three people.
In addition, a 34-year-old man is suffering from shock.
Quote from Syniehubov: "Fires have broken out across the city. All the appropriate services are working at the sites of the strikes."
"Updated information indicates that a 70-year-old man, a 70-year-old woman and a 56-year-old man have been killed in the enemy strikes on Chuhuiv."
Details: Meanwhile, Minaieva reported that a series of Russian missile strikes on Chuhuiv had left three people dead and three injured.
Quote from Minaieva: "Early reports indicate that, sadly, we have three fatalities and three injured.
Firefighters are continuing efforts to extinguish fires at the sites of the strikes.
Around eight high-rise residential buildings and more than 10 houses have been damaged."
Update: Minaieva later posted a video stating that one of those killed in Chuhuiv was a pregnant woman and that the number of people injured had risen to six.
Kharkiv Oblast Prosecutor's Office later reported that the missile strike on Chuhuiv had damaged residential buildings, cars, garages, shops and other civilian infrastructure facilities.
Two men and a 22-year-old pregnant woman have been killed. Six people have been injured.
Minaieva said that, by her order, a Day of Mourning has been declared in the Chuhuiv hromada. "By my order, I declare today – a tragic day for the entire Chuhuiv hromada – a Day of Mourning," she wrote. [A hromada is an administrative unit designating a village, several villages, or a town, and their adjacent territories – ed.]
"I express my deepest condolences to the families and loved ones of those killed. Today, national flags at all official institutions will be flown at half-mast," she added.
