Previously: Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed a law exempting the purchase of ground robotic systems from VAT. The parliament adopted the bill on 28 May, after which it was submitted to the legislature with the president's signature on 29 May.

The changes are intended to ensure more efficient use of budget funds when procuring ground robots for Ukraine's defence forces.
