Details: Hryhorov reported that the Russians had struck a civilian infrastructure facility with drones. A three-storey non-residential building was also significantly damaged.
Quote from Hryhorov: "Sadly, a 44-year-old woman has been killed in the attack. Another woman, aged 33, has suffered serious injuries. Doctors are providing her with all the necessary medical treatment."
Update: Pertsovskyi said that Russian forces had targeted railway infrastructure in Sumy Oblast, attacking stations, railway terminals, electrical signalling posts and substations with Shahed drones.
Quote from Pertsovskyi: "With deep regret, I must report the worst: we have suffered a loss. An operator at one of the stations has been killed (a mobile shelter had been installed there and, based on early reports, she was heading towards it. The monitoring group had warned of an increased threat level. It is crucial to act immediately in such situations!). A station duty officer has also been injured. She has undergone surgery and her life is not in danger. Our colleagues are with her."
Details: Pertsovskyi urged all railway workers to prioritise their own safety. "All the necessary instructions are in place and all monitoring systems are operational. It is critically important not to lose even a single minute," he said.
