Russian forces again complain of strikes on bridges in Kherson Oblast as traffic blocked

Volodymyr Saldo, the Russian-installed governor of the temporarily occupied part of Kherson Oblast, has complained that the Armed Forces of Ukraine attacked bridges in Kherson Oblast on the night of 12-13 June.

Details: Ukrainian forces reportedly attacked bridges on the Chonhar route connecting temporarily occupied Crimea and Kherson Oblast.

Traffic towards the Dzhankoi checkpoint is currently blocked, Saldo added.

The Russians also claimed that Ukraine struck the bridge connecting the town of Henichesk and the Arabat Spit overnight. Traffic there is now operating in alternating one-way mode.

Background: A week ago, Saldo claimed that a drone attack damaged a bridge near Chonhar on the night of 6-7 June.
