Zelenskyy can always come to Moscow, Kremlin says after Kyiv proposes Putin meeting at G7

The Kremlin has said it did not receive an official proposal for a meeting between President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Russian leader Vladimir Putin at the G7 summit and repeated that the Ukrainian leader "can always come to Moscow".

Source: Russia's state propaganda news agency RIA Novosti; Telegram channel Vy slushali maiak (You have been listening to Radio Mayak), which posted an audio comment from Peskov

Quote: "Of course there was no [proposal to hold a meeting at the G7 summit – ed.]. And there are no official [communication] channels between Moscow and Kyiv, as you know."

Details: Peskov reiterated that Putin had suggested that the Ukrainian president come to Moscow to see him.

Quote: "You know that Putin said everything and proposed everything to Zelenskyy. It was said and repeated several times that if Zelenskyy is ready to speak responsibly and seriously… he can always come to Moscow, where he will be received."
