Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk has commented on President Karol Nawrocki's decision to strip Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy of the Order of the White Eagle, saying the move delights Kremlin leader Vladimir Putin and shocks allies.

Details: Under the Polish Constitution, a presidential decision to revoke an order does not take legal effect if the prime minister does not sign (countersign) it.
