Traffic on the bridge is regularly suspended due to missile alerts, air defence activity or the threat of attacks by Ukrainian naval drones.

Against the backdrop of a fuel shortage and power outages, Crimean residents are increasingly posting on social media about plans to leave the peninsula.

In addition, the occupation authorities have stepped up inspections at checkpoints, regularly paralysing both civilian and military logistics between the peninsula and Russia.
