The refinery processes crude oil and produces natural gasoline, diesel fraction, fuel oil, low-viscosity marine fuel, vacuum gas oil and other petroleum products. It has an annual processing capacity of around 4–5 million tonnes of crude and accounts for about 9% of oil refining in Russia's Southern Federal District. The refinery is also one of the country's major exporters of petroleum products through Black Sea ports.
