Russians attack Dnipro: five people killed, 28 injured – photos

Russian forces struck the city of Dnipro on the morning of 29 June, killing five people and injuring another 28.

Update: Hanzha later added that four people were killed in the Russian attack and 21 people are known to have been injured.
"Five people – men aged 22, 33, 54, 58 and 59 – are in a critical condition," he said.

Hanzha later said that a man who sustained critical injuries had died in hospital, bringing the death toll from this attack to five. The number injured in the attack has risen to 28.
The injured people sustained head injuries, shrapnel wounds, fractures and acoustic blast injuries. Four of them are in a critical condition.

All the emergency services are working to deal with the aftermath of the strike.
