Given the scale of the destruction, the government will allocate money from the reserve fund to help the community, including for the rebuilding of housing damaged by the Russian strike."

Details: Svyrydenko said emergency response centres have been operating in the city since the night of the attack, where residents can receive urgent help and advice on applying for compensation.

A total of 500 members of State Emergency Service of Ukraine personnel and over 400 officers from the National Police are working at the scene.

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy earlier said the Cabinet of Ministers (Ukrainian government) will allocate money from the reserve fund to support the Vyshneve hromada, as the scale of the destruction exceeds its own capacity to respond. [A hromada is an administrative unit designating a village, several villages, or a town, and their adjacent territories – ed.]
