Details: Sybiha said one of the priorities is the rapid delivery of PAC-3 missiles for Patriot air defence systems. "There are a number of countries that have anti-ballistic missiles in stock. We are working with each of these countries through various channels and under different arrangements to obtain them," he noted.

Sybiha also stressed that there is "another path" aimed at establishing domestic production of anti-ballistic capabilities in Ukraine.

"We have a clear understanding of how to move forward on this path. The president has held talks with the leaders of countries that can genuinely accelerate the process or provide the necessary elements to finalise it [the establishment of such production facilities in Ukraine – ed.]. I am referring specifically to finalising this process, namely the establishment of an air defence system in Ukraine with ballistic missile defence capabilities," he explained.
