Russians attack civilian car with drone in Kharkiv Oblast: driver and passenger killed

Russian forces attacked a civilian car with a drone in the village of Slatyne, Kharkiv Oblast, killing two men on the morning of 10 July.

A pre-trial investigation into a war crime resulting in the deaths of people has been launched under the procedural guidance of the Derhachi District Prosecutor's Office of Kharkiv Oblast.
Background: Russian forces struck the city of Valky in the Bohodukhiv district of Kharkiv Oblast with drones on the night of 9-10 July. A 50-year-old woman was killed. A 23-year-old woman was injured and taken to hospital. A 27-year-old man and an 18-year-old man suffered from shock.
