New Cabinet to be formed by evening. Who is being appointed? – UP sources

Ukrainian authorities want to form a new cabinet on 15 July. The Verkhovna Rada (Ukrainian parliament) plans to vote on the new Cabinet of Ministers on Thursday 16 July.

Details: According to Zheleznyak, the parliament will attempt to appoint all ministers today, on 16 July.
In addition, the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine is planned to be split into the Ministry of Economy and Ecology and the Ministry of Agrarian Policy, which, according to the MP, will be headed by current Deputy Minister Taras Vysotskyi.
Oleksii Sobolev will remain Minister of Economy and Ecology.
UP's sources say that the head of the Ministry of Community and Territory Development, Oleksii Kuleba, will lose his post.
This ministry, as Zheleznyak reported, will be split into the Ministry of Regional Development, to be headed by Servant of the People MP Vitalii Bezhin, and the Ministry of Infrastructure.
The minister of infrastructure may be chosen from one of the current heads of oblast military administrations, specifically either the head of Kharkiv Oblast Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, or the head of Kyiv Oblast Military Administration, Mykola Kalashnyk.
Sources confirmed the information on the splitting of ministries and the intention to vote on the new government on 16 July.
Finance Minister Serhii Marchenko, Energy Minister Denys Shmyhal and Health Minister Viktor Liashko will also remain in their posts.
The Ministry of Justice will be headed by MP Denys Maslov, who currently chairs the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Legal Policy.
Minister of Education Oksen Lisovyi is planned to be replaced.
Decisions regarding the Ministry of Defence, currently headed by Mykhailo Fedorov, and other officials are planned for this evening.
The candidate for the post of Deputy Prime Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration is Vsevolod Chentsov, a diplomat serving as Ukraine's representative to the EU. The post is currently held by Taras Kachka.
According to UP sources, a meeting of Servant of the People MPs with President Volodymyr Zelenskyy is planned for 15 July. Further meetings on the Cabinet reshuffle will take place throughout the day.
One official in the Servant of the People party noted that "the Cabinet lineup will continue to change until the evening of 15 July. Things are still not entirely final."
