Russian forces have destroyed a rehabilitation centre for children and people with disabilities in Sumy Oblast.

Details: Kordon.Media reported that the Russians struck the rehabilitation centre in the village of Rybtsi in the Sumy district on the afternoon of 18 July.
The strike completely destroyed the building by fire.
The centre provided rehabilitation services for children and adults with disabilities. Specialists worked with patients to help them recover physically and psychologically and develop everyday living, communication and learning skills.
The facility also housed an equine therapy unit and a large stable.
Kordon.Media said information on possible casualties is being confirmed.
The centre's director, Olena Sushchenko, posted photos showing the aftermath of the strike.
