Russia attacks Ukraine with nearly 100 drones and two Kh-59/69 missiles
Russian forces attacked Ukraine with two Kh-59/69 air-to-surface missiles and 94 drones of various types on the night of 19-20 July. Air defence forces have downed 81 Russian UAVs.

Details: From 18:00 19 July, Russia launched an attack on Ukraine using two Kh-59/69 air-to-surface missiles from temporarily occupied Crimea and 94 Shahed (some jet-powered), Gerbera and Italmas attack drones, Banderol loitering munitions and Parodiya decoy drones.
The drones were launched from the Russian cities of Kursk, Millerovo and Oryol as well as from temporarily occupied Donetsk and Hvardiiske in Crimea.
Aircraft, anti-aircraft missile units, electronic warfare assets, unmanned systems units and mobile fire groups from Ukraine's defence forces have been involved in repelling the attack.
Quote: "As of 08:00, [Ukrainian] air defence forces had destroyed or jammed 81 Shahed, Gerbera, Italmas and other types of drones in the country's north, south and east.
Hits by one missile and nine UAVs have been recorded at nine locations. One missile failed to reach its target.
