Three people have been killed and six have been injured as a result of a Russian strike on infrastructure facilities in Odesa on the afternoon of 20 July.

Quote from Lysak: "The enemy has attacked Odesa. Early reports indicate that some infrastructure facilities have been hit… As of now, sadly, three people are confirmed dead."

Details: Lysak added that search-and-rescue operations are ongoing.

According to the State Emergency Service, three people have been killed and six have been injured.

Update: Kiper said later that Russian forces have attacked a civilian business.
"As a result of the attack, equipment has caught fire and a gas pipeline has been damaged," he said.
Background: On 19 July, the Russians attacked a civilian vessel near Odesa with a missile, killing 10 people.
