Details: "I want to stress separately: reports by some media outlets that there are no functioning petrol stations on the road from Kharkiv to Poltava are not true," Syniehubov wrote.
He also stressed that there is no fuel shortage in the region. The Oblast Military Administration has coordinated passive physical protection measures together with representatives from petrol station chains.
Background: Kharkiv Oblast Council member Oleksandr Skoryk reported on 27 July that the Russians had destroyed more than 80 petrol stations in Kharkiv Oblast and that the Kharkiv-Poltava route had been left entirely without petrol stations.
