Russian attacks cause new power outages in five Ukrainian oblasts

Russian drone attacks and artillery strikes have caused new power outages in Odesa, Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Kherson and Kharkiv oblasts.

Details: Emergency repair work is ongoing wherever the security situation allows.
Ukrenergo also urged consumers to shift active electricity use to the period between 10:00 and 17:00, when solar power plants operate most efficiently.
People are being asked to avoid using high-powered electrical appliances between 19:00 and 22:00. In Odesa Oblast, electricity should be used sparingly throughout the day.
