Russian forces attack port infrastructure in Odesa Oblast

Russian forces attacked port infrastructure in the Izmail district in Odesa Oblast on the night of 12-13 August, causing a fire.

After 01:00, Ukraine's Air Force reported that groups of Russian drones were operating in the south of Odesa Oblast and another group of drones was heading towards Izmail.
