Ukraine's defence forces strike control tower at Saky airfield in Russian-occupied Crimea
Ukraine's defence forces attacked military facilities belonging to Russian forces in temporarily occupied Crimea and struck the control tower at Saky airfield on 12 August.

Details: The General Staff noted that the control tower at Saky airfield near the settlement of Novofedorivka was hit.
A relay station used to control Geran/Gerbera-type attack drones was also struck near Chornomorske.

Background: Ukraine's defence forces attacked a number of Russian military assets in temporarily occupied Ukrainian territories and in Crimea on the night of 6-7 August, including a radar station, ground relay stations for drone control, a drone storage and launch site, a fuel and lubricants depot and a repair unit.
