Russian attacks on three Ukrainian oblasts kill 2 and injure 16 others
Two people have been killed and 16 others injured in Russian attacks on Donetsk, Kherson and Odesa oblasts.

Details: In Donetsk Oblast, Russian attacks killed one person in Raihorodok. Six others were injured: two in Sloviansk and one each in Druzhkivka, Iverske, Maiaky and Kurytsyne.
In Kherson Oblast, one person was killed and nine others were injured in Russian attacks. Six apartment blocks and 12 houses were damaged, along with a shop, agricultural machinery and vehicles.
In Odesa Oblast, Russian forces attacked Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi on the morning of 16 August. The facades and windows of three five-storey residential buildings were damaged. Early reports indicate that one person was injured.
