Russian drone strikes car in central Kherson, killing woman and injuring man

One person was killed and another injured in a Russian drone strike on a car in central Kherson on the morning of 19 August.

Quote: "At around 10:00, a woman from Kherson sustained fatal injuries when an enemy drone struck a car. Her identity is currently being established."

Details: Another person, a 43-year-old man, sustained blast injuries and a shrapnel wound. He was taken to hospital.

Background: On the morning of 19 August, Russian forces attacked a fixed-route minibus with a drone in Kherson's Korabelnyi district, killing four people and injuring five others.
