Radar, naval drone launch site and relay station hit in Crimea – Ukraine's General Staff

Ukraine's defence forces struck a number of Russian military assets in occupied Crimea, in particular a radar station and facilities connected to the use of naval and attack drones, on 22 August and on the night of 22-23 August.

Details: In Chornomorske, the defence forces struck a launch and storage site for uncrewed surface vessels, as well as a ground relay station used to control Geran and Gerbera attack UAVs.

In addition, a Russian ST-68 radar station was hit in Yevpatoriia.

The extent of the damage and the results of the strikes are being confirmed.

Background: President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has said that Russia could potentially produce up to 1,300 ballistic missiles a year.
