Russian army boasted about attacking unarmed civilian cyclist in now-deleted video
Russia's 3rd Combined Arms Army released footage on Telegram of an unarmed cyclist in civilian clothing being attacked by a Russian drone in Donetsk Oblast.

Details: Astra drew attention to a video that was posted on the official Telegram channel of the 3rd Combined Arms Army on 21 August.
The video shows a drone attack on an unarmed man in civilian clothing riding a bicycle.
The video description read: "Servicemen from the 2nd Artillery Brigade have eliminated enemy manpower using FPV drones near the settlement of Vasylivska Pustosh. Once again, the enemy is losing personnel and their hideouts. There is nowhere left to hide from our fighters."
After Astra reported on the incident, the 3rd Army's Telegram channel deleted the footage.
Deliberate military attacks on civilians constitute a grave violation of international humanitarian law and are classified as war crimes.
